摘　　要：为高效构造与新质生产力发展相适应的职教话语体系、彰显职业教育新担当、营造同频发力局面,基于目标导向视角,结合新质生产力发展新要求,以职业教育为研究对象,提出针对技能型社会服务建设的优化路径,包括:贯彻新质生产力要求,分领域落实系统筹划;基于新质生产力需要针对式匹配校企合作模式;对接新质生产力,优化职教发展目标、内容与策略;围绕新质生产力发展特征强化教育灵活度等。The aim is to efficiently construct the vocational education discourse system that conforms to the development of new quality productive forces,highlight the new responsibility of vocational education,and create the situation of simultaneous efforts.Therefore,based on the goal-oriented perspective,combining the new requirements of the development of the new quality productivity and the new requirements,taking vocational education as the research object,it puts forward the optimization path for the skilled social service construction,including implementing the requirements of the new quality productivity to implement the systematic planning in different fields,matching school-enterprise cooperation model in a targeted manner based on the needs of the new quality productivity,docking with new quality productivity to optimize the development goals,content and strategies of vocational education,and focusing on the development characteristics of the new quality productivity to strengthen the flexibility of education.
