摘　　要：自学考试作为高等教育学历教育的一种重要形式,在构建终身教育体系、促进高等教育等方面做出了重要贡献。社会助学起到了非常重要的作用。结合自学考试助学现状调研和分析,利用信息化技术构建出智慧网络助学平台,有效解决了当前助学面临的沟通不畅、无法适应自考生个性化需求、实践能力不足等问题。同时,通过李克特量表,评价分析了两种网络助学的使用效果,为提升助学服务质量和自学考试人才培养质量提供借鉴和参考。Self-study exams,as an important form of higher education,have made significant contributions to establishing a lifelong education system and advancing higher education.Social assistance plays a very important role.Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of self-study examination assistance,a smart network assistance platform was developed using information technology,effectively addressing communication barriers,personalized needs of self-study students,and insufficient practical abilities faced by current assistance.Using the Likert scale,the effect of two online assistance types was evaluated and analyzed,providing reference and guidance for improving the quality of assistance services and self-study examination talent cultivation.
