摘 要:通过有限元软件建立模型,对隧道和建筑的间距、注浆时间的不同、盾构开挖前进的位置、桩长、盾构顶推力对建筑物桩基差异沉降以及盾构开挖施工导致的地表最大沉降的影响进行模拟研究,研究结果表明:盾构开挖通过时产生的土体位移小于行业经验取值10 mm及盾构施工对距离超过35 m的建筑物没有沉降影响,符合施工安全规定;地层的竖直方向的位移随着开挖深度的不断进行,数值越来越大,沉降值在开挖次数达到24次之后基本趋于稳定不再变化主要原因是此时建筑物地下对应的盾构施工工作已经完成;桩的长短对产生的沉降并没有太大影响,当桩长发生改变的时,对应产生的沉降变化并不明显,同时对应产生的不均匀沉降差异也较小;顶推力的大小对沉降的影响很小,为使产生的位移变形量最小,应当使盾构机的顶推力和土压力相等;未凝固状态下对应的最大沉降值大于凝固状态下对应的沉降值,主要原因是浆体的状态对变形有显著的影响,说明凝固状态下的浆体可以提高土体的稳定性和安全性,能够有效地保护上部结构的安全。Based on the finite element software,a model is established to simulate the influence of the distance between the tunnel and the building,the time of grouting,the advancing position of the shield excavation,the length of the pile,the thrust of the shield on the differential settlement of the building pile foundation and the maximum ground settlement caused by the shield excavation,the results show that the soil displacement caused by shield tunneling is less than the value of 10 mm,and the construction of shield tunneling has no effect on the settlement of the buildings over 35 m,which is in accordance with the construction safety regulations The vertical displacement of the stratum increases with the depth of excavation,the main reason that the settlement value tends to be stable after the number of excavations reaches 24 times is that the corresponding shield construction work under the building has been completed at this time,and the length of piles has little influence on the settlement,when the pile length changes,the corresponding settlement change is not obvious,and the corresponding differential settlement difference is also small.The magnitude of the push force has little influence on the settlement,and the displacement and deformation amount to be produced is the smallest,the maximum settlement value in the unsolidified state is greater than that in the concrete state,mainly because the state of slurry has a significant effect on the deformation,it is indicated that the solidified slurry can improve the stability and safety of soil and protect the safety of superstructure effectively.
