摘 要:大力发展入境旅游是我国推进旅游强国建设的重要举措之一,而数字技术为促进入境旅游发展带来了新的契机。文章系统剖析了数字技术提升入境旅游竞争力的内在逻辑与实践路径。理论上,数字技术可以通过影响产品供给、游客需求、产业升级、业态创新、旅游质量和旅游效率等方面提升入境旅游竞争力;实践中,数字技术在促进入境旅游发展中仍面临产品有效供给不足、需求对接略显被动、产业升级相对滞后、业态创新有待深化、发展环境尚待优化、数字技术亟待完善等问题。未来,需进一步优化升级入境旅游供给体系、充分对接入境旅游消费需求、推动旅游产业的数字化转型、构建入境旅游业态创新体系、夯实入境旅游发展的数智底座、推进入境旅游技术跨境合作。The vigorous development of inbound tourism is a key strategy in advancing China’s vision to become a tourism powerhouse,with digital technology presenting new opportunities for this goal.Strengthening inbound tourism and steadily promoting its recovery are critical tasks for the high-quality development of China’s tourism industry.Among various strategies,the application of digital technology has become a fundamental tool to promote the high-quality development of inbound tourism and reshape its competitiveness,which has been widely recognized by the industry and academia.From the perspective of comprehensive evaluation,this article analyzes the internal mechanism of digital technology in reshaping the competitiveness of inbound tourism at the micro,meso,and macro levels.It explores the internal mechanism of how digital technology drives this transformation through product supply,tourist demand,industrial upgrading,format innovation,tourism quality,and tourism efficiency.Research indicates that digital technology empowers the supply of inbound tourism products through product iteration and innovation,service optimization and upgrading,and digital transformation of scenarios.It stimulates the demand for inbound tourism by activating potential interests,meeting personalized needs,and responding to tourist feedback.Additionally,digital technology drives the upgrading of the tourism industry through improving industrial structure,reshaping chains,and reconstructing ecosystem;Digital technology fosters the cross-border integration and innovation in niche industries,enabling tourism format innovation.It also enhances the quality of inbound tourism through public services and talent cultivation.Furthermore,it increases the efficiency of inbound tourism by reducing transaction costs and time.Currently,however,China’s inbound tourism faces several challenges,including insufficient product supply,passive demand matching,lagging industrial upgrading,underdeveloped format innovation,suboptimal development environment,
