论诚信文化与北疆文化的内在统一性及其现实意义

摘　　要：诚信文化是中华民族传统美德的集中体现,是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分。诚信文化传承于中华优秀传统文化,升华于革命文化和社会主义先进文化。诚信文化与北疆文化在内涵意蕴、文化立场、时代价值等方面具有高度的内在统一性。新时代,打响“诚信内蒙古”品牌,需要以诚信文化建设为依托,以社会信用体系建设为抓手,统筹推进政务诚信、商务诚信、社会诚信和司法公信建设,让诚信文化扎根于北疆大地,为推进内蒙古现代化建设凝聚力量。Integrity culture,a concentrated embodiment of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation,constitutes an essential component of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.Rooted in China′s fine traditional culture,it has been elevated through revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.Integrity culture and the Chinese northern frontier culture exhibit profound intrinsic unity in terms of conceptual connotation,cultural standpoints,and values of the times.In the new era,building the brand of"Integrity Inner Mongolia"requires leveraging integrity culture as the foundation and advancing the social credit system as the key initiative,which entails coordinated efforts to enhance the construction of governmental integrity,commercial integrity,social integrity and judicial credibility,thereby embedding integrity culture in the northern frontier and gather strength for promoting the modernization of Inner Mongolia.
