摘 要:为揭示宁夏贺兰山东麓银川、永宁、红寺堡、青铜峡和贺兰5个子产区马瑟兰酿酒葡萄果实中矿物质元素特征,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定了葡萄果实和种植土壤中24种矿物质元素含量,结合多元统计方法进行分析。结果显示:不同子产区酿酒葡萄果实和土壤中矿物质元素含量存在显著性差异(P<0.05),葡萄果实中K元素含量最高,其次是Mg、Ca和Na元素,土壤中K、Na、Mg、Fe、Ti和Ca元素含量最高。采用偏最小二乘法辨别法分析,结果显示:葡萄果实中Na、Pb、Li、Fe和Ti(VIP值>1)元素对区分产地具有重要作用。In order to reveal the characteristics of mineral elements in Matherland wine grapes from 5 sub-producing areas including Yinchuan,Yongning,Hongshipu,Qingtongxia and Zhenbeipu at eastern foot of Helan Mountain,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the content of 24 mineral elements in grape fruits and planting soil.The results showed that there were significant differences in mineral elements in grapes and soil in different sub-producing areas(P<0.05).The content of K element in grapes was the highest,followed by Mg,Ca and Na elements,and the content of K,Na,Mg,Fe,Ti and Ca elements in soil was the highest.By partial least square analysis,Na,Pb,Li,Fe and Ti(VIP>1)elements in grapes played an important role in distinguishing the origin.
