摘  要:系统整机观念是从担纲“系统、整机、型号”研制大任的总师身上凝结出的人才培养核心特质。国防特色高校普遍以工科见长,承担着自主培养面向国家重大战略和国防工业发展需求的拔尖创新人才、早日实现高水平科技自立自强的重任。针对新时代拔尖创新人才应具备的系统整机观念培养,分析解构其内涵特质及核心能力素养,从学科交叉融合、本研贯通培养、科教产教协同和机制改革创新等四方面提出国防特色高校拔尖创新人才自主培养的发展路径。The concept of system integration is a core element of talent development derived from the expertise of chief engineers responsible for the research and development of“systems,complete machines,and models”Defense-oriented universities,which are predominantly strong in engineering disciplines,bear the critical responsibility of independently cultivating top-tier innovative talents to meet the strategic needs of the nation and the development demands of the defense industry.These universities are also pivotal in advancing high-level technological self-reliance and strength,This paper analyzes the essential characteristics and core competencies of the system integration concept for cultivating top innovative talents in the new era.It proposes a development pathway for the independent cultivation of such talents in defense-oriented universities,focusing on four key aspects:interdisciplinary integration,seamless education from undergraduate to graduate levels,collaboration between science,education,and industry,and innovation and reforms in mechanisms.
