摘 要:提升教师的混合式教学能力是推动混合式教学改革的关键,如何设计教师混合式教学能力发展项目和课程是难点,这不仅需要研究有哪些策略能够促进教师混合式教学能力发展,还需要进一步探索策略之间的关系和策略群的设计。为了探索教师混合式教学能力发展策略的整合应用,本研究应用Rasch模型分析和关联规则挖掘方法,分析了教师混合式教学能力发展策略在应用中的难度层级,并挖掘了不同难度层级策略之间的非线性组合关系。研究结果表明,策略之间存在难度层级差异,“角色示范”策略的应用是发展混合式教学能力的核心难点;研究还发现了促进教师混合式教学能力发展的四个典型策略群。Enhancing teachers’blended teaching competency is the key to promoting blended teaching reform.It is difficult to design teacher blended teaching competency development programs and courses,and it is necessary not only to study what strategies are available to promote teachers’blended teaching competency development,but also to further explore the relationship between strategies and the design of strategy clusters.In order to explore the integrated application of teacher blended teaching competency development strategies,this study applied Rasch model analysis and association rule mining methods to analyze the difficulty levels of teacher blended teaching competency development strategies in the application,and explored the nonlinear combination relationships between strategies of different difficulty levels.The results of the study showed that there were differences in difficulty levels among strategies,and the application of“role modeling”strategy was the core difficulty in developing blended teaching skills.
