摘 要:食品微生物标准在保障食品安全、规范食品生产等方面起到重要作用,但在具体执行中,依然存在诸多问题,包括但不限于标准体系建设不完善、检测技术与方法存在局限性、监管与执行力度不足、企业认知与执行偏差等。这些问题的存在给食品安全带来严重威胁,分析相关问题并探寻针对性的应对之策是当务之急。本文主要就相关要点展开探讨,以期为食品微生物标准的有序、有效执行建言献策,为食品安全保障水平的切实提升提供助力。Food microbial standards play an important role in ensuring food safety and regulating food production,but in the specific implementation,there are still many problems.Including but not limited to the imperfect construction of standard system,the limitations of detection technology and methods,insufficient supervision and implementation,the deviation of enterprise cognition and implementation,etc.The existence of these problems brings serious threats to food safety,and it is urgent to analyze relevant problems and explore targeted solutions.This paper mainly discusses the relevant key points,in order to make suggestions for the orderly and effective implementation of food microbial standards,and to provide support for the practical improvement of food safety guarantee level.
