摘　　要：食品安全是公众身体健康及生命安全的坚实保障,大数据、人工智能等信息技术的飞速发展,为食品安全监管智慧化转型提供了明确的方向。智慧监管成为食品安全监管效率提升、质量优化的重要抓手。基于此,本文将深入探讨智慧监管在食品安全监管中的应用实践,分析其成效、面临的挑战,并提出针对性的改进措施,旨在持续提升技术应用水平,优化信息交互协同设计,完善智慧监管理念的更新培养,确保食品安全监管工作的有效开展。Food safety is a solid guarantee for public health and life safety,and the rapid development of information technology such as big data and artificial intelligence has provided a clear direction for the intelligent transformation of food safety supervision.Smart supervision has become an important starting point for improving the efficiency and optimizing the quality of food safety supervision.Based on this,this paper will deeply discuss the application practice of smart supervision in food safety supervision,analyze its effectiveness and challenges,and propose targeted improvement measures,aiming to continuously improve the application level of technology,optimize information interaction and collaborative design,improve the update and cultivation of smart supervision concepts,and ensure the effective development of food safety supervision.
