摘　　要：本研究对在用密胺餐具质量安全情况进行分析,利用层次分析法建立餐饮环节在用密胺餐具在使用过程中的安全风险评价模型,并计算各个指标的权重。同时,针对进一步完善餐饮环节在用密胺餐具的安全使用规范提出合理化建议,旨在增强商家与消费者的安全使用意识,保护消费者健康安全。This study analyzes the quality and safety of in-use melamine tableware,establishes the safety risk assessment model of melamine tableware in catering links by using the analytic hierarchy process,and calculates the weight of each index.At the same time,reasonable suggestions are put forward for further improving the safe use norms of melamine tableware used in catering links,aiming at enhancing the safe use awareness of businesses and consumers and protecting the health and safety of consumers.
