摘 要:目的:建立高分辨质谱技术测定花生中60种真菌毒素及代谢物的检测方法。方法:样品采用乙腈-水-乙酸溶液(70∶29∶1,体积比)提取,用水稀释,通过C18色谱柱分离,用全扫描模式快速筛查、定量。结果:60种真菌毒素及代谢物均具有良好的线性关系(R2≥0.99),检出限在0.01~10.00μg·kg^(-1)。加标回收率在60%~120%,方法相对标准偏差在1.5%~8.0%。65批次花生样品中检出黄曲霉毒素B1、黄曲霉毒素M2、细胞松弛素D、二乙酰镳草镰刀菌烯醇以及T-2三醇,部分花生样品存在2种及以上真菌毒素及代谢物污染的情况。结论:本文建立的方法具备操作简单、分析快速、结果准确等技术优势,且其良好的稳定性可支持花生基质中多种真菌毒素及其代谢产物的高通量同步检测,可为粮油产品质量安全监管提供技术支撑。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 60 mycotoxins and metabolites in peanut by high-resolution mass spectrometry.Method:The samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid solution(70∶29∶1,volume ratio),diluted with water,separated by C18 column,and quickly screened and quantified in full scan mode.Result:The 60 mycotoxins and metabolites had a good linear relationship(R2≥0.99),and the detection limit was 0.01μg·kg^(-1) to 10.00μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate of spike was 60% to 120%,and the relative standard deviation of the method was 1.5% to 8.0%.Aflatoxin B1,aflatoxin M2,cytochalasin D,diacetylfusarium and T-2 triol were detected in 65 batches of peanut samples,and some peanut samples were contaminated with two or more mycotoxins and metabolites.Conclusion:The method established in this paper has the technical advantages of simple operation,rapid analysis and accurate results,and its good stability can support the high-throughput synchronous detection of a variety of mycotoxins and their metabolites in peanut matrix,which can provide technical support for the quality and safety supervision of grain and oil products.
