摘 要:目的:建立离子色谱法测定奶制品中硫氰酸盐的方法。方法:在预设离子色谱参考条件下对不同奶制品样品进行测试,根据标准曲线检测待测组分浓度,对方法性能指标和样品结果进行分析。结果:目标化合物的线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。奶粉样品的检出限为1.00 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为3.00 mg·kg^(-1);液态奶样品的检出限为0.25 mg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.75 mg·kg^(-1)。精密度实验的相对标准偏差为0.03%~7.20%。奶粉中目标物质的平均回收率在96.8%~98.2%,液态奶中目标物质的平均回收率为96.5%~98.9%。222批次奶制品中,检出硫氰酸盐的奶制品有115批次,检出率为51.8%。结论:该方法简便、快速,适用于检测奶制品中的硫氰酸盐。Objective:To establish a method for determination of thiocyanate in dairy products by ion chromatography.Method:The samples of different dairy products were tested under the preset ion chromatographic reference conditions,and the concentration of components to be measured was detected according to the standard curve.The performance indexes and sample results were analyzed.Result:The linear relationship of target compounds was good(r=0.9999).The limits of detection and quantification of milk powder samples were 1.00 mg·kg^(-1) and 3.00 mg·kg^(-1).The limits of detection and quantitation of liquid milk samples were 0.25 mg·kg^(-1) and 0.75 mg·kg^(-1).The relative standard deviation of the precision test is 0.03% to 7.20%.The average recoveries of target substances in milk powder and liquid milk were 96.8% to 98.2% and 96.5% to 98.9% respectively.Among 222 batches of milk products,thiocyanate was detected in 115 batches,the detection rate was 51.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and suitable for the determination of thiocyanate in dairy products.
