论医者精神在高职临床医学生人文素养培育中的价值引领作用

摘　　要：“敬佑生命、救死扶伤、甘于奉献、大爱无疆”的医者精神是广大医务工作者的理想信念、价值追求和生动写照,也是培养高素质医学人才和提升医学生人文素养的根本遵循。通过分析医者精神的内涵、高职临床医学生人文素养的现状,发挥医者精神融入高职临床医学生人文素养培育的价值引领作用,探索融入路径,从而坚定医学生的学医初心和职业规划,提升医学生人文素养,培养医者仁心仁术,树立毕业后扎根基层卫生事业的责任担当意识。The doctor spirit of"respecting and protecting life,saving the dying and healing the wounded,being willing to contribute,and loving no boundaries"is the ideal belief,value pursuit and vivid portrayal of the vast number of medical workers,and is also the fundamental basis for cultivating high-quality medical personnel and improving the humanistic quality of medical students.Through analyzing the connotation of the doctor spirit and the status of the humanistic quality of clinical medical students in higher vocational colleges,we should play the value leading role of the doctor spirit in the cultivation of the humanistic quality of clinical medical students in higher vocational colleges,explore the path of integration,so as to strengthen the medical students'initial intention and career planning,improve the humanistic quality of medical students,cultivate benevolent hearts and skills of doctors,and establish the sense of responsibility to take root in grass-roots health after graduation.
