摘  要:劳动教育融入中职思政课程是构建“大思政”育人格局,促进中职生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展,深化中职思政课程改革创新的重要途径,有助于提高思政课程的政治高度、拓展思政课程的视野宽度、提升思政课程的情感温度。为此,探索构建“引进来—走出去”两种劳动教育培训体系,着力提升思政教师劳动素养;以课程为主渠道、主阵地,实施“四课联动”;拓展劳动场域,组织三种劳动教育实践;依托“四大平台”,发挥学生主体劳动主观能动性;组建四元评价主体,丰富检验劳动成效的教学评价体系。构建劳动教育融入中职思政课程“二四三四四”模式,以劳树德、德劳结合,促进中职生全面发展。The integration of labor education and Ideological&Political courses of secondary vocational education is an important way to build a"great Ideological&Political education"pattern,promote the comprehensive development of secondary vocational students in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor,deepen the reform and innovation of Ideological&Political courses of secondary vocational education,help to improve the political height of Ideological&Political courses,expand the visual scope of Ideological&Political courses,and enhance the emotional temperature of Ideological&Political courses.Therefore,we should explore and construct two labor education training systems of"bringing in and taking out",and focus on improving the labor literacy of Ideological&Political teachers;with course as the main channel and position,implement the"four courses linkage";expand the labor field and organize three kinds of labor education practices;rely on the"four major platforms"to give play to the subjective initiative of students in labor;establish a four-element evaluation subject,enrich the teaching evaluation system for testing labor effectiveness,build a labor education integrated into the"Two Four Three Four Four"model of Ideological&Political courses of secondary vocational education,and promote the comprehensive development of secondary vocational students by cultivating virtue through labor and combining morality with labor.
