摘 要:目的调查广西“三甲”医院神经内科护士的核心能力及职业认同度现状,并分析其影响因素,为帮助护理管理者提升神经内科护士核心能力与职业认同度提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法抽取583名来自广西15家“三甲”医院的神经内科护士作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、神经内科护士核心能力调查量表和职业认同度量表对其进行调查。结果神经内科护士核心能力总分为(155.11±29.62)分,条目均分为(2.67±0.51)分,人际关系维度条目均分最高,为(2.97±0.56)分,专业发展维度条目均分最低,为(2.26±0.53)分。职业认同度总分为(109.87±17.35)分,条目均分为(3.66±0.58)分,职业挫折应对维度条目均分最高,为(4.29±0.43)分;职业社会支持维度条目均分最低,为(3.18±0.67)分。神经内科护士核心能力与职业认同度呈正相关(r=0.663,P<0.05)。结论广西“三甲”医院神经内科护士核心能力和职业认同度之间存在显著正相关关系,均为中等偏上水平。Objective To investigate the status of core competence and degree of professional identity of neurology nurses in Guangxi's Grade-A hospitals,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for nursing managers to improve the core competence and degree of professional identity of neurology nurses.Methods 583 neurology nurses from 15 Grade-A hospitals in Guangxi were selected by cluster sampling method as the research subjects.They were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Core Competence of Neurology Nurses Survey Scale and Professional Identity Scale.Results The total score of core competence of neurology nurses was(155.11±29.62)score,with an average score of(2.67±0.51)score for each item.The interpersonal relationship dimension had the highest average score of(2.97±0.56)score,while the professional development dimension had the lowest average score of(2.26±0.53)score.The total score of professional identity degree is(109.87±17.35)score,and the average score of items is(3.66±0.58)score.The average score of career frustration coping dimension items is the highest,(4.29±0.43)score;the average score of professional social support dimension items is the lowest,(3.18±0.67)score.There was a positive correlation between core competence and degree of professional identity of neurology nurses(r=0.663,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between core competence and degree of professional identity of neurology nurses of Guangxi's Grade-A hospitals,both of which are above the middle level.
