摘 要:目的了解医学生学习动机和人格坚韧性、自尊、生活满意度等积极心理品质现状,并分析其对学业成绩的影响。方法采用问卷调查方式,面向某医学院校大一至大三年级临床医学专业学生941人进行调查,探索学生的学习动机、人格坚韧性、自尊、生活满意度以及其与学业成绩之间的关系。结果结构方程模型分析显示:人格坚韧性、自尊、生活满意度能正向预测学习动机,通过学习动机正向影响学业成绩。结论医学教育工作者应在教学过程中注重培养学生的人格坚韧性、自尊,提升其生活满意度,有助于激发学习动机,从而提高学生的学业成绩,为培养高素质的医学人才奠定坚实基础。Objective To learn medical students'learning motivation,resilience,self-esteem,life satisfaction and other positive psychological qualities,and analyze the impact on academic performance.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 941 Grade 1 to 3 clinical medical students from a medical college to explore their learning motivation,resilience,self-esteem,life satisfaction,and their relationship with academic performance.Results The structural equation model analysis showed that resilience,self-esteem,and life satisfaction could positively predict learning motivation,and through learning motivation,positively affect academic performance.Conclusion Medical educators should pay attention to cultivating students'resilience and self-esteem in the teaching process,improving their life satisfaction,and helping to stimulate learning motivation,thereby improving students'academic performance and laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality medical personnel.
