摘　　要：以2023年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛一等奖作品“饮食与排泄护理技术”为例,从组队与选题、课程内容设计、教学实施过程、课堂实录视频等方面,对备赛策略进行梳理和反思,为大赛成果转化提供案例,充分发挥大赛的引领作用,提升教师的教学能力,为参赛团队备赛提供参考。Taking the first prize entry of the 2023 National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Competition,"Diet and Excretion Nursing Technology"as an example,this paper summarizes and reflects on the preparation strategies from the aspects of team formation and topic selection,course content design,teaching implementation process,classroom recording videos,etc.,providing a case for the transformation of the results of the competition,fully exerting the leading role of the competition,improving the teaching ability of teachers,and providing reference for participating teams to prepare for the competition.
