摘　　要：药食同源类食品兼具药品与食品的双重属性,其安全性直接关系到公众健康与社会稳定。本文阐述药食同源类食品安全监管面临的挑战,并提出应对药食同源类食品安全监管挑战的策略,旨在为提升药食同源类食品安全监管效能提供理论参考。The safety of food of the medicinal food homologous is directly related to public health and social stability.This paper describes the challenges faced by the safety supervision of food of the medicinal food homologous,and proposes strategies to deal with the challenges,aiming to provide theoretical reference for improving the safety supervision efficiency of food of the medicinal food homologous.
