摘  要:随着“互联网+”时代的到来,网络餐饮已成为餐饮行业发展的重要方向。然而,网络餐饮食品安全问题频发,给消费者的健康带来了潜在风险。因此,加强网络餐饮食品安全监管显得尤为重要。有关部门应加强食品安全监管立法,完善第三方平台审查、监管制度,完善监管执法体制,建立多元主体参与的社会共治体系,以此保障消费者健康,促进餐饮行业健康发展。With the advent of the“Internet+”era,online catering has become an important direction for the development of the catering industry.However,food safety problems in online catering are frequent,which brings potential risks to consumers’health.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the food safety supervision of online catering.Relevant departments should strengthen food safety supervision legislation,improve the review and supervision system of third-party platforms,improve the regulatory law enforcement system,and establish a social co-governance system with the participation of multiple subjects,so as to protect the health of consumers and promote the healthy development of the catering industry.
