摘　　要：食品质量检测是保障食品安全的核心环节,其检测结果直接影响公众健康与市场秩序。本文针对当前食品质量检测中存在的标准化不足、技术设备落后、人员能力参差不齐及环境控制不严等问题展开分析,提出统一检测标准、优化技术设备、强化人员培训、规范环境管理等有效对策,旨在为完善食品质量检测体系提供理论参考,助力食品安全治理效能提升。Food quality testing is the core link to ensure food safety,and its testing results directly affect public health and market order.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current food quality testing such as insufficient standardization,backward technical equipment,uneven personnel ability and lax environmental control,and proposes effective countermeasures such as unified testing standards,optimization of technical equipment,strengthening personnel training and standardizing environmental management,aiming to provide theoretical reference for improving the food quality testing system and help improve the efficiency of food safety management.
