摘　　要：食品流通环节作为食品安全监管的关键领域,其复杂性和多样性对监管工作提出了较高要求。本文从完善监管体系、强化技术支撑、推动社会共治、优化应急处置和提升责任意识等方面展开系统性理论探讨,旨在探寻强化食品流通环节食品安全监督的有效路径,为构建科学、高效、协同的食品安全监管模式提供理论依据,从而切实保障公众饮食安全。The complexity and diversity of the food circulation process,as a key area of food safety supervision,pose high requirements for regulatory work.This article conducts a systematic theoretical exploration from the aspects of improving the regulatory system,strengthening technical support,promoting social governance,optimizing emergency response,and enhancing responsibility awareness.The aim is to explore effective ways to strengthen food safety supervision in the food circulation process,provide theoretical basis for building a scientific,efficient,and collaborative food safety regulatory model,and effectively ensure public food safety.
