摘　　要：新工科背景下,针对软件工程专业实践教学存在的授课内容与行业需求耦合松、评价机制不完善、创新教学理念不足等问题,提出了复合式的实践教学育人模式。该模式旨在搭建多层次的实践教学体系,从而实施分类教学。通过校企协同育人,引入企业真实案例,加强项目驱动,积极引导学生个性化学习;通过优化培养方案,丰富考核评价体系,充分挖掘校内外资源,强化产学合作,培养学生的探索创新精神。数据统计分析显示,该教学模式优化了育人效果,提高了学生的自主学习意识和兴趣,具有推广应用价值。In the context of the new engineering discipline,a composite practical teaching model has been proposed to address the issues of loose coupling between teaching content and industry needs,imperfect evaluation mechanisms,and insufficient innovative teaching concepts in practical teaching of software engineering.This model aims to build a multi-level practical teaching system and implement classified teaching.Both schools and enterprises have strengthened collaborative education,and real cases of enterprises have been introduced to enhance project drive.Students are actively guided to engage in personalized learning by optimizing training programs and enriching assessment and evaluation systems.Both internal and external resources are fully utilized to cultivate students' spirit of exploration and innovation.According to statistics and analysis of data,this teaching model has optimized the effectiveness of education,improved students' awareness and interest in self-directed learning,and has promotion and application value.
