摘 要:“锅炉原理”是能源与动力工程专业重要的核心课程之一。锅炉是多个设备的集成,包括炉膛、燃烧器、过热器、省煤器、空气预热器等。每台设备都涉及的专业基础课包括“燃烧学”“流体力学”“传热学”及“热交换器”“节能减排”等。教学过程存在学生对各种设备的认知难度大、理论学习的概念多、理论关联性强,以及实验环节不能有效进行等问题。开发设计虚拟仿真实验平台可以有效地补充教学活动,将知识点通过流场、温度场等分布情况进行讲解。该虚拟仿真实验平台共提炼9个知识模块,包括炉膛内燃烧模块、各受热模块和空气预热器低温腐蚀模块等,以炉膛内四角切圆燃烧为例说明平台的理念,从而实现专业核心课与专业基础课之间的连接学习。“Boiler Principles” is one of the important core courses in the Energy and Power Engineering major.Boilers are the integration of multiple equipment,including furnaces,burners,superheaters,economizers,air preheaters,etc.Each equipment involves professional basic courses such as combustion,fluid dynamics,heat transfer and heat exchangers,energy conservation and emission reduction,etc.During the teaching process,it is difficult for students to recognize various devices,and there are many concepts and strong theoretical correlations in theoretical learning,making it difficult to conduct experimental activities.Developing and designing a virtual simulation experimental platform can effectively supplement teaching activities,showcasing knowledge points through the distribution of flow fields,temperature fields,and other factors.This virtual simulation experimental platform extracts a total of 9 knowledge modules,including the combustion module in the furnace,various heating modules,and the low-temperature corrosion module of the air preheater.This article takes the tangential combustion at the four corners of the furnace as an example to illustrate the concept of the platform,achieving the connection learning between professional core courses and professional basic courses.
