摘 要:为评估雨课堂和钉钉直播的混合式教学在骨外科临床教育中的效果,选取2022年9月至2023年6月临床医学专业四年级72名学生,随机分为试验组(36人)和对照组(36人)。试验组接受钉钉直播和雨课堂的混合式教学,对照组采用钉钉直播中应用传统教学方法授课。对两组教学效果进行考核并比较分析,对试验组教学过程中学生的期待度进行分析。结果表明,试验组在考核成绩、教学效果、适应度和满意度等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。融合雨课堂和钉钉直播的混合式在线教学法能够提升学生的学习积极性和主动性,加强师生之间的互动,建议在骨外科临床教学中广泛推广。To explore the application effect of online mixed teaching based on the rain classroom and Dingding live in clinical teaching of orthopedics,72 senior students majoring in clinical medicine from September 2022to June 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36)and control group(n=36).The experimental group applied the teaching mode based on the combination of rain classroom and Dingding live;the control group applied Dingding live with traditional teaching methods.The assessment results and teaching effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the expectations of students in the teaching process of the experimental group were analyzed.The test group was significantly better than the control group in terms of assessment performance,teaching effect,fitness and satisfaction(p < 0.05).The mixed online teaching method of rain classroom combined with Dingding live broadcast is suitable for clinical teaching of orthopedic surgery trainees,which can improve students' learning initiative and enthusiasm,enhance teacher-student interaction,and is worthy of promotion in orthopedic clinical teaching.
