摘　　要：围绕“百县千镇万村”场域探究职业教育助力乡村振兴实践路径。基于场域理论剖析其内涵与理论依据,阐述职业教育通过理想信念、技能培训、双创教育等多方面作用机理推动人才振兴。提出“一核两翼六融合”实践路径,涵盖文化赋能、数实融合、产教融合、专创融通等方面的精品项目实施与成效,为职业教育赋能乡村振兴提供理论与实践参考,推动相关链条深度融合,助力广东乡村振兴与中国式现代化探索。This study focuses on the'Hundreds of Counties,Thousands of Towns,and Tens of Thousands of Villages'domain to explore the practical approach through which vocational education can empower rural revitalization.Grounded in field theory,the study analyzes its connotations and theoretical basis,elaborating on how vocational education promotes talent revitalization through various mechanisms such as ideal-beliefs cultivation,skill training,and dual-creation education.The paper also proposes the"One Core,Two Wings,Six Integrations"practical approach,which encompasses the implementation and effectiveness of high-quality projects in cultural empowerment,digital-physical integration,industry-education integration,and specialized innovation integration,providing theoretical and practical references for vocational education to empower rural revitalization,thus promoting in-depth integration of relevant chains,and aiding Guangdong's rural revitalization and the exploration of Chinese-style modernization.
