摘　　要：案例教学法是全球教育实践中的重要手段,案例库建设作为其理论工具,在教学中具有举足轻重的作用。为强化专业学位学生紧密结合理论与实践的能力,培养创新型、应用型以及复合型人才,夯实中国式现代化人才支撑。以战略管理课程教学为例,研究案例库应用场景,探讨研究生课程案例库建设的过程以及内容。通过构建一个兼具系统融合与资源互通优势的战略管理案例库,为教师提供充足的教学材料,激励学生全过程参与案例库建设,促进学生全方面发展,改进教学效果,为案例库建设提供参考。Case-based pedagogy is an important tool in the practice of global education,and the construction of a casebook as its theoretical tool has a pivotal role in teaching and learning.In order to strengthen the ability of professional degree students to closely integrate theory and practice,to cultivate innovative,application-oriented and compound talents,and to consolidate the talents support of Chinese modernization,this paper take the teaching of Strategic Management course as an example,study the application scenarios of the case library,and discuss the process and content of the construction of the case library for postgraduate courses.By constructing a strategic management case base with the advantages of system integration and resource interoperability,we can provide sufficient teaching materials for teachers,motivate students to participate in the construction of the case base in the whole process,promote students'all-around development,improve the teaching effect,and provide references for the construction of other case bases.
