摘　　要：新质生产力是一种先进的生产力形态,以创新为驱动核心,以高科技、高效能、高质量为基本特征。新质生产力的发展使得各个行业对人才的需求更加倾向于具备创新思维、能够应用新技术以及跨学科融合能力。这就给高等教育提出了更高的要求,尤其是作为新质生产力主要作用领域的经济类人才培养任重道远,面临新形势下的诸多挑战,经济学课程必须在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、师资队伍建设、教学评估与反馈机制等方面做出更大努力。结合新质生产力与高等教育的内在联系,分析经济学课程教学现状和新质生产力对教学改革的要求,探究在新质生产力背景下教学改革方案,以此提升经济学课程的教学质量,培养适应时代发展、符合新质生产力要求的新型经济类人才。New quality productivity is an advanced form of productivity driven by innovation and characterized by high technology,high efficiency,and high quality.The development of new quality productivity has made the demand for talents in various industries more inclined to have the innovative thinking,the ability to apply new technologies,and interdisciplinary integration.This has put forward higher requirements for higher education,especially for the cultivation of economic talents as the main field of new quality productivity,which has a long way to go and faces many challenges under the new situation.Economics courses must make greater efforts in teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,faculty team building,teaching evaluation and feedback mechanisms,and other aspects.This article combines the inherent connection between new quality productivity and higher education,analyzes the current situation of economics course teaching and the requirements of new quality productivity for teaching reform,explores teaching reform plans under the background of new quality productivity,in order to improve the teaching quality of economics courses and cultivate new economic talents that adapt to the development of the times and meet the requirements of new quality productivity.
