创业教育对大学生创业意向的影响研究——基于变格型领导的调节作用

摘　　要：创业意向既是创业行为的重要预测点,也是影响大学生创业的重要因素。通过对广东G高校600名大学生进行创业意向的问卷调查,并运用线性回归分析方法对创业教育与大学生创业意向之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:创业教育正向影响大学生创业意向;创业态度和创业自我效能感对创业教育与大学生创业意向间的关系具有中介作用;变革型领导在创业教育与大学生创业意向关系之间发挥调节作用。据此提出以下建议:重视有实际创业经验的师资队伍建设,以提高大学创业教育课程的吸引力;将创业情感培育、创业意志锤炼以及创业实践融入创业教育课程体系,以提升大学生创业意向;做好创业教育管理工作,发挥变革型领导的示范引领作用,为大学生创业提供指导。Entrepreneurial intention is not only an essential forecaster of start-up behaviour,but also an important factor affecting college students’entrepreneurship.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 600 college students from Guangdong G University to investigate their entrepreneurial intentions,and linear regression analysis was used to empirically study The association between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intents of undergraduate students.The results revealed that Entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on college students’entrepreneurial intentions.Based on the current situation of entrepreneurship education in G University,the following suggestions are proposed for optimizing entrepreneurship education in universities:attaching importance to the construction of a faculty team with practical entrepreneurial experience to improve the attractiveness of entrepreneurship education courses in universities;Pay attention to entrepreneurial emotions,entrepreneurial will,and entrepreneurial practice education,enhance college students’entrepreneurial intents;Proper management of entrepreneurship training,give full play to the exemplary and leading role of transformational leadership,and provide convenience for college students’start-up.
