我国员工心理资本的研究热点与趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

摘　　要：选取2007-2023年我国员工心理资本相关期刊文献277篇,利用CiteSpace文献计量软件进行辅助分析。分析内容包括发文量时间分析、核心作者及合作网络分析、关键词聚类分析和关键词突变趋势分析。结果发现,我国员工心理资本研究论文发文量经历了起步、高速发展、成熟平稳和调整升级4个阶段;田喜洲、张焱、朱瑜等为研究领域的开拓者,形成了田喜洲团队、徐前团队等不同作者合作网络;研究重点包括员工绩效、工作倦怠、员工敬业度等;关键词聚类识别出10个研究热点;关键词突变分析表明研究经历了基础概念内部探索、外部拓展和机制关注3个阶段。通过分析总结我国员工心理资本研究的发展历程与格局变迁,为我国员工心理资本领域的研究和企业管理实践提供参考。This research selected 277 journal articles related to employee psychological capital in China from 2007 to 2023,and used CiteSpace bibliometric software for auxiliary analysis.The analysis includes publication time analysis,core author and cooperation network analysis,keyword clustering analysis and keyword mutation trend analysis.The study found that the publication volume of employee psychological capital research papers in my country has gone through four stages:starting,rapid development,mature and stable,and adjustment and upgrading;Tian Xizhou,Zhang Yan,Zhu Yu and others are pioneers in the research field,forming a cooperation network of different authors such as Tian Xizhou team and Xu Qian team;the research focuses include employee performance,work burnout,employee engagement,etc.;keyword clustering identifies 10 research hotspot modules;keyword mutation analysis shows that the research has gone through three stages:internal exploration of basic concepts,external expansion and mechanism focus.By analyzing and summarizing the development process and pattern changes of employee psychological capital research in my country over the past 16 years,it is hoped that a reference can be provided for the research in the field of employee psychological capital in my country and corporate management practice.
