摘　　要：目的:通过对2例McCune-Albright综合征诊患者的治疗,为临床工作提供治疗经验。方法:对2例McCune-Albright综合征诊患行个性化切除后下颌重建。结果:治疗后症状明显改善,患者生活质量显著提高,患者及家属对治疗效果满意。结论:个体化、科学化、人性化是保证治疗成功的关键。Objective:To draw a experience from the treatment of 2 cases of McCune-Albright syndrome(MAS).Methods:The personal mandibular reconstruction after resection of the tumor 2 cases of McCune-Al-bright syndrome was performed.Results:After the treatment,the symptoms were significantly improved,the quality of life of patients was significantly improved,and the treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion:Individualized,scientific and humanized is the key to ensure the success of treatment.
