摘  要:利用β-环糊精包埋白藜芦醇制备微胶囊,以提高白藜芦醇的生物利用度并探究其对人胃癌细胞的抑制作用。对白藜芦醇微胶囊进行工艺优化以提高其水溶性,基于单因素试验结果,结合响应面试验结果,得到白藜芦醇微胶囊的最佳工艺条件为:白藜芦醇与β-环糊精质量比为1∶3,搅拌时间为36 min,搅拌温度为42℃。在此工艺条件下白藜芦醇微胶囊载的药量为(19.15±0.46)%。白藜芦醇浓度为0.75μg/mL的微胶囊作用人胃癌细胞HGC-2724 h之后的细胞存活率是(50.39±1.58)%。白藜芦醇微胶囊有望在人胃癌治疗的过程中发挥一定作用。β-cyclodextrin was utilized to encapsulate resveratrol,prepare microcapsules to enhance the bioavailability of resveratrol and investigate its inhibitory effects on human gastric cancer cells.Based on the results of single-factor test and combined with the results of response surface method,the optimal process conditions for resveratrol microcapsules were as follows:the mass ratio of resveratrol beta-cyclodextrin was 1∶3,the mixing time was 36 min,and the stirring temperature was 42℃.Under these process conditions,the drug loading of resveratrol microcapsules was(19.15±0.46)%.The cell survival rate of HCG-27 human gastric cancer cells treated with microcapsules with a resveratrol concentration of 0.75μg/mL for 24 hours was(50.39±1.58)%.Therefore,resveratrol microcapsules are expected to play a certain role in the treatment of human gastric cancer.
