安全工程专业实验课程与实践教学模式改革研究

摘　　要：为应对安全工程领域的快速发展以及行业对高素质创新型人才的迫切需求,本文以山东科技大学安全工程专业为研究对象,通过整合专业实验课程、优化实践教学模式、提升教师及学生的工程实践能力,以及构建实验课程与实践教学质量评价体系等措施,系统性地推进教学改革。结果表明:这些改革措施显著提升了学生的跨学科学习与创新思维能力,增强了教师的实践教学水平,同时师生通过接触实际工程问题提升了实践能力;构建的教学质量评价体系形成了全面、科学且动态的评价方法,增强了评价的指导性和操作性,为教学过程的持续改进提供重要工具。本文提出的改革措施为安全工程专业教学改革提供了可借鉴的实践经验,也为培养适应现代工程需求的高素质人才提供了重要参考。In response to the rapid development of the safety engineering field and the urgent demand for high-quality innovative talents in the industry,this study takes the safety engineering major of Shandong University of Science and Technology as the research object.By integrating professional experimental courses,optimizing practical teaching models,enhancing the engineering practical abilities of teachers and students,and constructing a quality evaluation system for experimental courses and practical teaching,we aim to systematically promote teaching reform.The research results indicate that these reform measures have significantly improved students'interdisciplinary learning ability and innovative thinking,while enhancing teachers'practical teaching level.Teachers and students have enhanced their practical abilities through exposure to practical engineering problems.The constructed teaching quality evaluation system has formed a comprehensive,scientific,and dynamic evaluation method,enhancing the guidance and operability of the evaluation,and providing an important tool for the continuous improvement of the teaching process.The reform measures proposed in this study have provided practical experience for the teaching reform of safety engineering majors,and also provided important references for cultivating high-quality talents that meet the needs of modern engineering.
