摘 要:新质生产力与新商科人才培养之间存在相互作用的双向逻辑关系,新质生产力指引新商科人才培养转型,新商科人才的培育壮大赋能新质生产力发展。针对职业教育新商科人才培养存在的培养目标模糊与个性化缺失、课程体系与市场需求脱节、数字化转型与评价体系滞后、产教融合深度不够等现实问题,提出树立“商科+”育人理念,明确“跨学科综合应用能力”的新商科人才培养目标;构建“数字+”教学体系,推进学习与评价方式改革;打造“学校+”育人共同体,推动产教深度融合策略。There is a two-way logical relationship between new productive forces and new business talents cultivation.New productive forces guides the transformation of new business talenst cultivation,and in turn,the cultivation and growth of new business talents empower the development of new productive forces.In response to the practical issues existing in the cultivation of new business talents in vocational education,such as vague training objectives and lack of personalization,disconnection between curriculum systems and market demands,lagging digital transformation and evaluation systems,and inadequate integration of industry and education,this paper proposes strategies including establishing the“Business+”education philosophy and clarifying the new business talent training objectives of“interdisciplinary comprehensive application capabilities”;constructing a“Digital+”teaching system and promoting reforms in learning and evaluation methods;and creating a“School+”education community to drive deeper integration of industry and education.
