摘  要:“×出新高度”是一个程度评价类情态构式,构式义为:言者认为所评价事物某方面的特性较之前有大幅提升,达到新的水平。“×出新高度”的情态义包括赞扬义、调侃义、批评义,其中赞扬义有行域、知域、言域三种用法,调侃义和批评义只有知域用法。“×出新高度”的语用功能表现在程度评价、陌生化表达和丰富语体色彩三方面;结合“位置敏感语法”,其互动功能主要包括实施首次评价和二次评价,表达积极正向的夸耀赞扬情感和消极负面的失望不满情感。The construction“×reach a new level”is a degree-evaluative modal construction,the meaning of which lies in the speaker’s assertion that a certain characteristic of the evaluated subject has significantly surpassed previous levels,achieving a new standard.The modal meanings of“×reach a new level”include praise mockery,and criticism.Among these,the praise meaning manifests in three domains:the content domain,the epistemic domain,and the speech-act domain,while the mockery and criticism meanings are restricted to the epistemic domain.The pragmatic functions of this construction are reflected in three aspects:degree evaluation,defamiliarized expression,and enrichment of stylistic nuances.Drawing on positional sensitive grammar,its interactive functions primarily involve performing first assessments and second assessments,thereby conveying both positive emotions(e.g.,admiration and pride)and negative emotions(e.g.,disappointment and dissatisfaction).
