摘  要:随着社会经济的发展和产业结构的调整,高职院校专业建设面临着新的挑战与机遇。为适应新时代经济与社会发展需求,在“新双高”建设呼之欲出的背景下,探讨高职院校专业动态调整的必要性、内涵和原则、存在的问题及优化路径。重点针对当前高职院校专业动态调整存在的机制不健全、与市场需求脱节、校企合作深度不够、师资力量和资源有效配置不足等问题,提出完善治理机制、深化校企合作、加强数据分析、鼓励多元参与、开展监测评估、有效配置资源等对策,以提高专业动态调整的精准性、实效性、科学性、协同性、实时性、保障性。With the development of social economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,the professional construction of higher vocational colleges is facing new challenges and opportunities.In order to meet the needs of economic and social development in the new era,under the background of“New Double High”construction,the necessity,connotation and principle,existing problems and optimization path of professional dynamic adjustment in higher vocational colleges are discussed.Focusing on the problems existing in the current dynamic adjustment mechanism of higher vocational colleges,such as imperfect mechanism,disconnection from market demand,insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and insufficient effective allocation of teachers and resources,this paper proposes countermeasures such as improving governance mechanism,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening data analysis,encouraging diverse participation,carrying out monitoring and evaluation,and effectively allocating resources,with a view to improving the accuracy,effectiveness,scientific,collaborative,real-time and guarantee of professional dynamic adjustment.
