摘 要:目的:探讨阶梯式教学法在外科专业型硕士研究生腹腔镜缝合打结教学的应用效果。方法:选择2021~2023年皖南医学院第一附属医院60名外科专业型硕士研究生为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各30名。授课内容为住院医师规范化培训的腹腔镜缝合打结教学。对照组学生采用传统教学法;实验组学生采用阶梯式教学法。比较两组教学效果,对比两组学生的基础理论知识考核成绩、腹腔镜缝合打结的操作水平,并结合问卷调查评估带教老师的满意度和学生的认可度等指标。结果:实验组学生基础理论和技能操作水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组学生学习积极性、自主学习能力、对教学内容掌握度、对教学质量认可度、带教老师满意度等方面评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阶梯式教学法比传统式临床教学法在外科专硕研究生的腹腔镜缝合打结教学上取得了更高的教学质量和更满意的教学效果。Objective:To explore the application value of progressive instruction of professional master′s degree candidates majoring in surgery to practice laparoscopic suturing and knotting.Methods:Sixty postgraduate candidates specializing in surgery in our hospital were included from 2021 to 2023,and randomly allocated to two groups(n=30 for each group).The teaching was to practice laparoscopic suturing and knotting as the curriculum for standardized resident training program.Students in the control group received conventional instructions,and those in the observational group were trained by progressive procedures.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared regarding the command of basic theoretical knowledge and proficiency in laparoscopic suturing and knotting.Questionnaire survey was given to the students to understand their satisfaction with the instructors and acceptability of the teaching.Results:The trainees in the observational group had higher scores on the basic theoretical knowledge and skills for laparoscopic suturing and knotting than those of the control group(P<0.05),and their scores on the learning initiative,self-directed learning ability,mastery of teaching content,acceptability of the teaching quality,and satisfaction with the instructors were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The progressive instruction method can be superior to the conventional teaching in training of professional master′s degree candidates majoring in surgery to practice laparoscopic suturing and knotting,as well as lead to better teaching quality and higher satisfaction of the learners.
