摘 要:当下,传统菜市场不仅是单纯的买卖场所,还是市井文化的聚集地、邻里交往的“黏合剂”。作为地方经济发展的基础,菜市场对城市发展具有重要作用。随着零售空间、各品类专卖店的兴起与线上团购的强烈冲击,传统菜市场既面临存亡之难,又存在转型之机。文章在讨论城市触媒理论与传统菜市场设计耦合的基础上分析传统菜市场的转型策略,以期为推动传统菜市场升级改造、拉动地方经济、弘扬传统文化提供借鉴。At present,the traditional vegetable market is not only a simple place for buying and selling,but also a gathering place of market culture and the“adhesive”of neighborhood communication.As the basis of local economic development,vegetable market plays an important role in urban development.With the rise of retail space,various categories of specialty stores and the strong impact of online group buying,traditional vegetable market is not only facing the difficulty of survival,but also has the opportunity of transformation.On the basis of discussing the coupling of urban catalyst theory and traditional vegetable market design,this article analyzes the transformation strategy of traditional vegetable markets,in order to provide reference for promoting the upgrading and transformation of traditional vegetable markets,driving local economy,and promoting traditional culture.
