摘 要:变声期是初中生生理与心理双重变化的敏感阶段,该阶段的声乐训练须兼顾嗓音保护与心理引导。文章从服饰设计的视角切入,探讨服装材质、色彩、功能等因素对变声期学生音准训练心理状态的潜在影响,在此基础上提出了基于服饰对心理影响的音准训练策略建议。通过合理选择服饰色彩、材质和风格以及优化服饰的功能设计,可以为学生创造良好的训练环境,减轻其心理压力,提升训练效果,帮助初中生更好地度过变声期,提高音准水平。The mutation period for junior high school students is a sensitive stage of both physiological and psychological changes,and vocal training during this stage must balance voice protection and psychological guidance.The article starts from the perspective of clothing design,exploring the potential impact of clothing materials,colors,functions,and other factors on the psychological state of intonation training for students in the mutation period.Based on this,suggestions for intonation training strategies based on the psychological impact of clothing are proposed.By reasonably selecting clothing colors,materials,and styles,as well as optimizing the functional design of clothing,a good training environment can be created for students,reducing their psychological pressure,improving training effectiveness,helping middle school students better pass the stage of voice change,and improving their intonation accuracy.
