产教融合背景下“三融、两育、五递进”模式在服装设计专业中的运用

摘　　要：近年来,依据国家政策,产教融合得到全面深化,校企合作模式越来越完善,校企共建育人模式也逐渐规范、成熟。教育模式的进一步深化加快了产业升级步伐。只有构建校企命运共同体、推动产教融合机制改革、促进高校学生就业创业、提升企业转型升级能力、培育发展新动能,才能更好地推动高校教育深度改革与创新。文章通过产教融合背景下服装设计专业“三融、两育、五递进”模式构建与策略实施,探索“产教融合+职业教育”有机融合,优化服装设计专业人才培养方案。研究表明,构建“产教融合+职业教育”融合推进机制,有利于教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链深度融合、有机衔接,着力打造产教系统性融合支撑高质量发展的新引擎。In recent years,according to national policies,industry-education integration has been comprehensively deepened,and the models of school-enterprise cooperation have become improved,the co-construction of school-enterprise education models has gradually become standardized and mature.The further deepening of the educational model has accelerated the pace of industrial upgrading.Only by building a community of shared destiny with universities and enterprises,promoting the reform of the mechanism of industry-education integration,promoting the employment and entrepreneurship of college students,improving the ability of enterprise transformation and upgrading,and cultivating new drivers of development,can we better promote the in-depth reform and innovation of college education.The article explores the organic integration of“industry-education integration and vocational education”and optimizes the talent training program for the clothing design major through the construction and implementation of the model of“three integrations,two cultivations and five progressions”in the context of industry-education integration.Research has shown that building a mechanism for promoting the integration of industry and education with vocational education is conducive to the deep integration and organic connection of the education chain,talent chain,industry chain,and innovation chain,and strives to create a new engine for the systematic integration of industry and education to support high-quality development.
