摘　　要：SMARCB1(INI1)缺失的恶性肿瘤侵袭性强,预后差,诊断具有挑战性。本文回顾性分析上海中大肿瘤医院收治的1例盆腔SMARCB1(INI1)缺失的差分化癌的诊治过程,结合临床病史、影像学检查、病理组织及免疫组化检查进行文献复习,以期为临床诊断本病提供参考。SMARCB1(INI1)deficient malignant tumors are aggressive and have a poor prognosis,and the diagnosis is challenging.This paper retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment of a case of poorly differentiated cancer with pelvic SMARCB1(INI1)deletion admitted to Shanghai Zhongda Cancer Hospital,and reviewed the literature with clinical history,imaging examination,pathological tissue and immunohistochemistry examination,with the aim of providing reference for clinical diagnosis of this disease.
