摘　　要：在“双一流”建设背景下,研究针对高校实验队伍在跨学科知识储备、前沿技术掌握、创新实践能力及个性化指导等方面的不足,提出了一套实验队伍能力提升的系统性策略。该策略包括设置独立发展通道、构建三套全方位激励机制、实施五种多元化能力培训模式以及建立六维综合性考核评价体系,旨在打造既能支撑前沿科研又能引领实验教学创新的“双能型”实验队伍,为高校科教协同育人提供支撑。Under the“Double First-Class”initiative,this study addresses the shortcomings of university laboratory teams in areas such as interdisciplinary knowledge reserves,mastery of cutting-edge technologies,innovative practical capabilities,and personalized guidance.It proposes a systematic strategy for enhancing the capabilities of laboratory teams.This strategy includes establishing independent career development pathways,constructing a three-tiered comprehensive incentive mechanism,implementing five diversified training models,and building a six-dimensional integrated evaluation system.The aim is to cultivate a“dual-capability”laboratory team that can both support cutting-edge scientific research and lead innovation in experimental teaching,thereby providing a foundation for science-education integration in universities.
