摘  要:为探索“课程-项目-竞赛”三者相互联系的科研素养提升链条在医学院校创新人才培养中的作用,在暑期学校针对临床专业学生开设实践课程“病毒载体在神经科学中的应用”。课程分为理论教学、实验教学和翻转教学3个模块:理论教学部分覆盖神经科学的前沿技术;实验教学部分学习科研操作技能;翻转教学部分则通过小组形式的文献查阅和课堂汇报来培养学生的自主学习能力。该课程的开设,可以满足学生早期接触科研的需求,并吸纳优秀学生在课程结束后继续参与科研项目和学科竞赛。实践证明,该课程有效提升了学生的科研能力、前沿视角、创新思维和团队协作精神,为医学生创新能力的培养提供了可借鉴的模式。In order to explore the role of the“course-project-competition”chain in enhancing scientific literacy and fostering innovative talent in medical schools,a practice course titled“Application of Viral Vectors in Neuroscience”is offered to clinical students during the summer school.The course comprises three modules:theoretical teaching,experimental teaching,and flipped teaching.The theoreticalteaching addresses cutting-edge technologies in neuroscience.The experimental teaching enables students to acquire scientific research skills under the guidance of instructors.The flipped teaching involves group literaturereviews and classroom presentations to cultivate students'autonomous learning abilities.This multifaceted approach addresses the students’initial needs for exposure to scientific research,and encourages outstanding students to continue engaging in research projects and academic competitions following the course.By the teaching reform,students achieved several notable outcomes,including the successful completion of national-level undergraduate research projects,publication of papers in SCI journals,and attainment of the national third prize in the National College Students’Life Sciences Competition.Additionally,some students gained admission to 985 universities to pursue master's degrees.This practice demonstrates that the course effectively enhances students’research capabilities,cutting-edge perspectives,innovative thinking,and teamwork spirit.This model serves as a reference for fostering the innovative abilities of medical students.
