摘　　要：在产教融合的背景下,高校与企业的合作已经成为一种普遍现象。尤其是在理工科专业领域,高校与企业的合作不仅有助于培养适应市场需求的人才,还可以推动学科的发展和技术的进步。产教融合在“复合材料设计”课程中的实施取得了显著成效。产教融合模式不仅提升了学生的就业竞争力,也得到了企业的高度认可与支持,同时也为教师队伍的建设和学校的品牌提升做出了积极贡献,为高校教学改革和人才培养模式的创新提供了有力支撑。In the context of the integration of industry and education,cooperation between universities and enterprises has become a common phenomenon.Especially in the field of science and engineering majors,cooperation between universities and enterprises not only helps cultivate talents that meet market demand,but also promotes the development of disciplines and technological progress.The implementation of industry education integration in the course of"Composite Material Design"has achieved significant results.The integration of industry and education not only enhances students'employment competitiveness,but also receives high recognition and support from enterprises.At the same time,it has made positive contributions to the construction of the teaching team and the enhancement of the school's brand,providing strong support for the innovation of teaching reform and talent cultivation models in universities.
