摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,对高职学生职业素养的要求日益提高。高职思政课作为高校教育的重要组成部分,在大学生职业素养培养中发挥着独特且关键的作用。本文深入探讨了高职思政课对大学生职业素养培养的作用,包括塑造正确职业价值观、提升职业道德水平、增强职业心理素质等,并提出了相应的实现途径,如优化教学内容、创新教学方法、加强实践教学等,旨在为提升高职思政课教学质量,促进大学生职业素养全面发展提供有益参考。With the rapid development of the social economy,the requirements for vocational literacy of vocational college students are increasing day by day.As an important component of higher education,ideological and political courses in vocational colleges play a unique and crucial role in cultivating the professional qualities of college students.This article deeply explores the role of ideological and political courses in vocational education in cultivating the professional qualities of college students,including shaping correct professional values,improving professional ethics,enhancing professional psychological qualities,etc.Corresponding implementation methods are proposed,such as optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and strengthening practical teaching,aiming to provide useful references for improving the quality of ideological and political courses in vocational education and promoting the comprehensive development of college students'professional qualities.
