摘 要:在国家轨道交通装备行业产教融合共同体背景下,为提升行业核心竞争力,建立由若干企业和学校技能大师组成的联盟工作室,旨在打破传统界限,推动产教深度融合。本研究详细阐述了联盟工作室的内涵及要素构成,从优化组织架构、完善运行制度、建立评价体系三个层面梳理了联盟工作室运行体系构建的逻辑特性,并提出了具体的实施策略,如组建校企技能大师团、实施“多核心”管理机制、建立“内+外”双层保护机制、构建成员成长协作共同体、明确产业链企业项目需求以及新增动态跟踪机制。并在湖南铁路科技职业技术学院的校企技能大师联盟工作室实施这些策略,实践成效证明其有效解决了传统技能大师工作室发展过程中的突出问题,为同类行业及院校提供了极具参考意义的范例。In the context of the national rail transit equipment industry industry education integration community,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry,an alliance studio composed of several enterprise and school skill masters has been established,aiming to break traditional boundaries and promote deep integration of industry and education.This study elaborates on the connotation and element composition of t he alliance studio,and summarizes the logical characteristics of the construc tion of the alliance studio operation system from three aspects:optimizing organizational structure,improving operational system,and establishing evaluation system.Specific implementation strategies are proposed,such as establishing a school enterprise technical master team,implementing a"multi-core"management mechanism,establishing an"internal+external"dual protection mechanism,building a member growth and cooperation community,clarifying the project requirements of industrial chain enterp rises,and adding a dynamic tracking mechanism.And these strategies were implemented in the School Enterprise Skill Master Alliance Studio of Hu nan Railway Technology Vocational and Technical College,and the practical results proved that they effectively sol ved the prominent problems in the development process of traditional skill master studios,providing a highly referenced example for similar industries and colleges.
