摘　　要：毛泽东职业教育思想是毛泽东教育思想的重要组成部分。毛泽东以马克思主义思想为指导,以中国革命战争及中国教育改革思潮的兴起为背景,并结合毛泽东的个人成长经历,逐渐形成了毛泽东职业教育思想体系。毛泽东职业教育思想将把政治工作放首位、教育与生产劳动相结合、知识分子与工农相结合、全方位的教育革新、多样化的办学方针为主要内容,体现了人本性、服务性、创新性、实践性的职业教育思想特征。毛泽东职业教育思想为中国特色职业教育发展指引了前进方向,对新时代职业教育建设与改革具有指导意义。Mao Zedong's vocational education ideology is an important component of Mao Zedong's educational ideology.Mao Zedong,guided by Marxist ideology,with the rise of the Chinese Revolutionary War and the trend of education reform in China as the background,and combined with Mao Zedong's personal growth experience,gradually formed the Mao Zedong vocational education ideological system.Mao Zedong's vocational education ideology will prioritize political work,combine education with productive labor,combine intellectuals with workers and peasants,carry out comprehensive educational reforms,and adopt diversified educational policies,reflecting the characteristics of human nature,service-oriented,innovative,and practical vocational education ideology.Mao Zedong's vocational education ideology has guided the development of vocational education with Chinese characteristics and has guiding significance for the construction and reform of vocational education in the new era.
