新型城镇化背景下川东北地区乡村教育的发展困境与策略研究

摘　　要：川东北地区作为四川省重点规划的区域之一,具备着较大的发展潜力和诸多优势。随着近些年城镇化进程的不断推进和乡村振兴战略的实施,川东北地区城镇化快速发展,对乡村教育管理提出了新的挑战。城乡教育发展不均衡、乡土文化活力被削弱、人力资本流失导致乡村教育处在严重的生存困境阶段。因此,在新型城镇化背景下,乡村教育更要加强。通过优化资源配置、弘扬乡土文化和优化乡村教师队伍建设等措施,促进人的全面发展,推动乡村教育发展新飞跃,把乡村教育办好在乡村。As one of the key planning areas in Sichuan Province,northeast Sichuan has great development potential and many advantages.With the continuous promotion of the urbanization process and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in recent years,the rapid development of the urbanization in the northeast Sichuan region has posed new challenges to the rural education management.The unbalanced development of urban and rural education,the weakening of the vitality of local culture and the loss of human capital cause rural education in a serious stage of survival.Therefore,under the background of new urbanization,rural education should be strengthened more and more.By optimizing the allocation of resources,carrying forward local culture and optimizing the construction of rural teachers,we should promote the all-round development of people,promote a new leap in the development of rural education,and do rural education well in the countryside.
