符号互动论视角下的档案数字叙事问题与策略

摘　　要：从符号互动论视角出发,探讨档案数字叙事中的符号系统及其互动运作。当前,档案数字叙事中存在符号内容不全、形式单一、互动行为简单、反馈服务不周及个性服务不足等问题,影响了叙事的完整、效果和理解,以及项目改进与用户体验感。为提升档案数字叙事质量,基于以上问题,提出丰富符号内容、促进符号融合、创设虚拟情境、基于用户反馈改进项目及精准推送符号等策略。From the perspective of symbolic interactionism theory,this paper discusses the symbolic system and its interactive operation in archival digital narrative.There are some problems in archival digital narrative now,such as incomplete symbolic content,single form,simple interactive behavior,inadequate feedback service and insufficient personalized service,which affect the integrity,effect,understanding and project improvement of narrative,and influence users’sense of experience.In order to improve the quality of digital narration of archives,based on the above problems,strategies such as enriching symbol content,promoting symbol fusion,creating virtual context,improving projects based on user feedback,and accurately feeding or presenting symbols,are proposed.
