摘　　要：传统教师教学评价主要依据学生的考试成绩和课堂参与情况,主要关注学生的表现和结果,忽视了学生的全面发展和实际能力的培养,因而存在一定的局限性。本文基于“学生中心”的OBE教育理念,注重学生的学习成果和能力培养,以学生的学习成果为导向来设计多元化教师教学评价方案,提供一种科学、可操作的教师教学评价方法,全面评估教师的教学质量和对学生发展的影响,从而促进学生的学习成果、教师的专业发展和教学质量的提升。The traditional teachers'teaching evaluation is mainly based on students'exam scores and classroom participation.It focuses on students'performance and outcomes.But it neglects students'overall development and practical abilities,thus having certain limitations.This paper is based on the"student-centered"OBE,emphasizing students'learning outcomes and capacity development.It designs a diver⁃sified teacher evaluation program,guided by students'learning achievements,to provide a scientific and actionable teacher evaluation method.This aims to comprehensively assess the quality of teachers'instruction and their impact on students'development.In order to pro⁃mote students'learning outcomes,teachers'professional development and the improvement of teaching quality.
